The Vicksburg Warren School district is looking for input to complete its plan for the upcoming school year.

The district has posted a questionnaire for parents and guardians to communicate whether they plan to let children get back to in person classroom instruction or whether they plan to participate in distance learning.

“This information will help us as we continue to plan for the reopening of schools this fall,” the district wrote in a social media post.

Mississippi schools were shut down in mid-March due to the COVID-19 crisis and were not reopened for the remainder of the academic year. Earlier this month, the Mississippi Department of Education provided strategies to schools for reopening in the coming school year.
