The Vicksburg High School ninth grade boys basketball team finished their regular season undefeated when they brought down Brandon Wednesday in a 56-43 win.
The Gators have been blowing past their opponents all season, and they kept the streak going Wednesday as they came out on top over the Bulldogs.
Kealon Bass led the Gators in points, finishing with 18 on the night. He also hit a big 3-pointer in the second quarter to keep Vicksburg ahead in the game.
Davion Williams was also a key player Wednesday night as he put up 15 points. Tyler Henderson also put up double digits in the game as he scored 10 points to secure the victory for VHS.
The team remains undefeated with a 13-0 record under head coach Julius Williams.
The Gators will be back in action Tuesday, Jan. 19, when they play Brandon again at Warren Central Junior High School at 5 p.m.
