Vicksburg Daily News’ David Day had a chance to meet with the Easter Bunny at the Klondyke Friday morning before it began its journey through the city of Vicksburg.
Day met with the Junior Auxiliary of Vicksburg, who were providing the shuttle for the Easter Bunny to make its way through town.
Those wishing to catch him in person can follow the path laid out on their Facebook page. Those who wish to view remotely and stay updated can do so by viewing their Facebook page.
Friday’s tour will be on the north side of town and the Junior Auxiliary of Vicksburg will be posting live “Bunny Tracker” updates to their Facebook page throughout the event.
The tour began at 10 a.m. at the Klondyke and was led by escort, courtesy of the Vicksburg Police Department. The initial path will carry them from the Klondyke toward Waltersville Estates.
