Overturned vehicle leaves victims entrapped

A single vehicle accident was reported around 4 p.m. Saturday on U.S. 61 South near Letourneau.

A vehicle left the roadway and ended up overturned in the median, leaving three victims entrapped within it.

The victims were checked out on scene by medical personnel. No life threatening injuries have been reported.

Traffic is impacted near the area with traffic is slowing around the scene. Please use caution if in the area.
