This was the last task in changing the branding of the store from Vicksburg Ford, which was acquired by Kirk Brothers in May of this year.
“The Kirk family has been in the Ford business since 1973 when founder Julian ‘Dynamite’ Kirk acquired his first Ford franchise,” said General Manager Tony Robinson.
The Grenada, Mississippi, based auto dealer was joined by sons Cannon and Scott, and they have grown their footprint to include 11 dealerships across the state including a powersports store in Greenwood.
Robinson said improvements are continuing in the service department to add the latest technology for service after the sale.
“Kirk Brothers believes in bringing people who live in the area to work for them,” Robinson said. “Obviously we are in business to sell cars, but we are also in business to build relationships. The Kirk family takes pride in how they treat their customers and employees.”
