Lady Flashes fall to Central Hinds on Monday

Struggling at the plate along with a few errors led to a loss for the St. Aloysius softball team in their match against Central Hinds Academy on Monday.

The Lady Flashes were only able to come up with two hits, which came from Victoria Morehead and Lili Perniciaro, while Maddy McSherry ran in the team’s run score in the fourth inning.

Kyleigh Cooper led things at the plate for the Lady Flashes as she came up with eight strikeouts in the 8-1 loss to the Cougars.

St. Aloysius will be back on their home turf tomorrow, Tuesday, to face Adams County Christian School.
