Knight hit five 3-pointers Monday in victory over Clinton

Vicksburg Junior High School basketball player DeCorey Knight Jr. dominated in Monday’s game against Clinton in a 45-42 win.

Knight hit five 3-pointers in the Gators victory, which gives the team a 10-1 record before the holiday break.

Knight ended the game with a total of 18 points. He has been leading VJHS to success all season under head coach Jerdon Hardiman.

The Gators will be back in action Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, against Madison Central.
